The Tools to Define Your Unique Requirements:
Supporting the People, Items, Actions and Results screens
are system parameters or OPTIONS that represent the underlying foundation
of vertical/customer-specific functionality along with general system
functionality. Represented by the Tools button, these options are set
at the time of implementation and only change when you change your business
processes. The options are controlled with simple yes or no settings,
checkboxes, and / or user-defined values. Many of the options have been
specifically predefined as part of the vertical system deliverable or
generally predefined as part of the base system allowing immediate use.
The OPTIONS screen represents the underlying foundation
of industry-specific tailoring.
Using the Options feature to configure your business
you can define any process within your business that you deem important
to manage and track. From typical to unique processes, you decide which
activities you need to control and track. Accomplishing the configuration
of your business system can be done without programming experience. Only
someone with Domain expertise, not a technical person, is necessary to
tailor Easyone to improve and streamline your operations. Adding or extending
your Easyone database has been made easy and does not require technical
proficiency to accomplish it. End-users can activate, modify or hide data
items, add or subtract actions, and create new workflows. You can even
tailor Easyone as your employees gain more experience or you business
outgrows the initial setup and deployment of the system.
