The Easyone product family is composed of three suites of applications: 4sales Easyone™, General Easyone™ and Manufacturing Easyone™. We have rewritten the book on business software through the introduction of this 4 screen user interface, and as a result we can claim a learning cycle for a new user that is measured in hours not days or weeks. The PEOPLE Screen defines contacts of all types: suppliers, customers, employees and all of the people involved in your business. The people screen contains detailed information on a contact, such as physical and email addresses, phone numbers, payment terms, business history, notes and other pertinent data.

The ITEMS Screen defines raw materials, finished goods, equipment, tooling and all of the items you use in your business. It also contains structures such as bills of materials and routings, and data such as pricing, costs and lead times.
